A Digital Marketer should be well versed in social media advertising such as on Facebook, Instagram and other large social media platforms. They have to be able to decipher the analytics and insights into the audiences of the specific client or company and to use it to better gain and engage more audiences.
I am familiar with advertising on Instagram and Facebook, as I learnt the innings of it to ensure that I know how to effectively implement ads on the platforms for my client.
Throughout my time as an intern in High-Vis Women and Imperio Design. I've had the chance to create a content strategy for both companies to create engagement and grow the channels.
I also had the chance to create content and engage the audience through answering comments and creating content that encourages discussion.
The picture below is the content that was created for Imperio Design. The channel had a growth of 15% in three months (measured through the increase of followers). Hi-Vis Women's Facebook page had a 300% increase in page 'likes' during the duration of my internship (3 months).
